Cancellation & Return Policy

At Classique Nails Beauty Supply, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or return a product. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, and our cancellation and return policy is designed to accommodate your needs while ensuring fairness and clarity. Please take a moment to review our policy outlined below:

1. Cancellation:

Before Shipping: If you decide to cancel your order before it is shipped out, please contact our customer service team at 416-746-7000 or Chat Box or email as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Returns:

Shipped Out Items: In the event that your order has already been shipped out and you still wish to return it, you can do so. However, instead of a monetary refund, you will receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 416-746-7000 or Chat Box or email. Provide your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant details.

  2. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if required.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, or included items.

  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

  2. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  3. Any shipping costs incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

3. Store Credit Usage:

3.1. Store Credit Validity: The store credit issued for canceled orders will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. After this period, the store credit will expire and cannot be reissued.

3.2. Application: Store credit can be applied towards any future purchases on our website. It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
