Registering as a User on the CLASSIQUE Web Store

It is necessary to register with us in order to use the CLASSIQUE webs tore.  It is for professionals in the nail, esthetic and spa industry.  It is not open to the public.

Using the Navigation Bar

Search for the products you want by navigating the product categories with the Search bar at the top of the page.  At home page, you can choose products base on BRAND to further refine your product type.

Using the Search Box Feature

The Search Box found at the top left side of the Home Page or at Quick Links available at bottom of the Web can help you find what you are looking for easily and quickly.  Simply enter a few words or product numbers into the box.  You can use product brand name, product name, type of product or product number.

Placing Orders

Currently, We Are Not Selling Products Online. We ONLY Sell for Professional Only. If you want to buy our products, please come to our store.

Methods of Payment

We accept Debit, MasterCard, Visa.

When your Credit Card will be charged

The invoice amount charged to your Credit Card is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place an order on the site.  Your Credit Card will be charged when your order ships. 

Order Processing

Generally, processing time is 1-2 business days from the time you place your order on-line to the time your order is shipped.  Special orders and furniture may take more time if they are not stock items.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is calculated after the order has been prepared for shipping in the warehouse.  Shipping times depend on where you are located in Canada.  It is generally 1-7 business days.  Most orders ship next day.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that an item you ordered in your Cart is out of stock, this could be caused by low inventory at the time you added the item to your Cart and customers just ahead of you purchased the same item first or if the product demand exceeded our inventory.  If an item you ordered is out of stock, your invoice will adjusted before it is processed through MasterCard or Visa.

Back Orders

We do not back order any products.  Your packing list will indicate any items that have not been shipped with your order.  You will not be charged for these items and will need to reorder them.

Order Cancellation Policy

Immediately after you click "Place Your Order" on the Confirm and Submit Page, your order begins processing.  During the processing time,  it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order goes into the shipping process it cannot be cancelled.  Please contact Customer Service at 905-614-1402 or 1-855-614-1008 to confirm if an placed order can be cancelled.
