We use Canada Post.  Delivery time is in "business" days. Processing is between a 1-2 business day period.

Same Day Curbside Pick Up Now Available!
Orders placed before 12pm EST can be picked up same day. See hours. 
Please do not pick up order until pick-up notification has been received. No need to call ahead, you can come straight in and ask any sales associate to assist with the pick-up.
If you would like curbside pickup, please call us at 416-746-7000 with your order number, and we will check ID curbside.
Must have order number and matching ID.

Local Delivery Now Available!
  • Deliver available up to 40km radius from M9L 1V8.
  • $25 Flat Rate Charge with $300 Order Minimum.*
  • One or two business days local delivery within 20 kilometers of M9L 1V8.
  • Up to four business days for local delivery within 30-40 kilometers of M9L 1V8.
*Liquids, Solvents (Gallons/Liters), Specialty items and Furniture will have additional costs. 

Other Conditions:

- Liquids, Solvents (Gallons/Liters), Specialty items and Furniture will be charged according to weight and dimensions.

- Hazardous Material Charges (nail polish, alcohol, acetone...) will be applied to flammable items in compliance to Freight Company’s Ordinances. (No exceptions)

  1. All SALES are FINAL.
  2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based off the weight of the order.
  3. The customer will pay all freight. (see "Shipping Cost")
  4. Our shipping services use Canada Post, Purolator and DHL.
