RETURN POLICY

CLASSIQUE BEAUTY SUPPLIES INC. "RETURN POLICY"

1.  Our policy lasts seven (07) days. If 07 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    2.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      3.  Without a copy of the original invoice, proof of purchase, NO return/exchange will be accepted.

        4.  All returns/exchange require a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) from CLASSIQUE.

        (pickup the form at CLASSIQUE's location* or email us at marketing@classiquesupply.com and we will verify and send you the RMA form)

        5.  After 07 days of invoice date, NO products can be returned (CLASSIQUE's Policy).

        6.  Product returned must be in the same condition (unused, undamaged and sellable) in which it was sold and in its original packaging.

        7.  Due to misuse or abuse, NO return of products.

        8.  Some types of product such as liquids, solvents, polish, gel, powder...are FINAL sale.

        9.  Any and all promotional items, sales items, or discounted products for promotional purposes are NO returns.

        10.  We ONLY replace items if they are defective.

          Restocking Charge: Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge 

          NOTE: All returns / exchanges requests MUST be accompanied by an RMA form, be received within seven (07) days from the day of the original order, and include all items to be exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet these requirement.
