• Estimated Transit Times (Canada):

  • Standard/Expedited: ~3–7 business days (urban areas)

  • Rural or remote locations: up to 10 business days depending on courier and location

• USA Shipping: Transit times vary by destination and customs clearance.

• Orders may experience delays due to courier backlogs or customs clearance beyond our control.

• ⚠️ Tariff/Duties Update: Unfortunately, we are no longer able to absorb costs and are struggling to clear packages without prepayment of duties. Please understand as now tariff/duty fees for US customers will now be INCLUDED in product prices, which was been increased about 10% to cover duties before delivery. Local Pickup (Toronto Only)

We offer a free Local Pickup option at our Toronto location. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout.

• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.

• Pickup is available during regular business hours.

• Please bring your order confirmation and a piece of ID when collecting your order.

Exceptions & Special Items

Flat rate and free shipping do not apply to:

• Freight items, oversized or heavy products

• Items over a certain size/weight (e.g. large cases, gallons, etc.)

• Hazardous, flammable, or combustible liquids

If your order includes any of the above, we may need to adjust shipping costs and will notify you.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
