OPI Gel Colour - Stay Shiny Top Coat #GC003

Maybe this works with OPI lamp and OPI sticky remover but didn't cure for 3min under my standard UV lamp and alcohol wipe didn't remove sticky residue. Won't be buying this again, plenty of other glossy top coats that work with my standard lamp.
